Why do I love fishing?
Maybe it's because I get excited when the rod bends and makes a sound like this zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzt! and I don't know what's at the end. Maybe here is another reason because all fish are pretty from clown fish to blue marlins and they are all so cool. Here is a picture of my favorite fish a mahi mahi:

I also like fishing because a lot of other people like fishing. I love fishing because all the lures are pretty and I also love collecting the lures. When I grow up I will buy some really good tackle.
Anyways, I really like fishing.
Tieban, I don't blame you ... I love fishing too. It's so cool to see them up close and to touch them.... yeah, and even to eat some of them. But I let lots of them go too. The warm water fish are much stronger (and therefore fight harder) than the cold water species and have a high muscle to body weight ratio, especially tuna (which are warm blooded btw).
ReplyDeleteDid you know that the rockfish that grow along the BC coast live up to 180 years? Unbelievable! So I try not to catch them. If I do catch one I always kill it and eat it because they can't recover from the depth change when you reel them in.
